Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Complyt, you will play a pivotal role in our team, specializing in the creation of ERP/API integrations, the development of internal tools, and the innovation of automation solutions. This client-facing position fosters collaboration across teams, ultimately enhancing the client experience and improving company efficiency.

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ERPs and our company APIs.
• Create and maintain internal tools to optimize company processes and workflows.
• Utilize a variety of tools and platforms, including low-code tools, automation software, and scripting, to build efficient and robust solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, comprehend their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and others, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations or tools developed.

• 2+ years of hands-on, technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer, solution analyst, or in similar domains.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
• Exhibit proficiency in SQL, showcasing your expertise in database management.
• Possess strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Have hands-on experience configuring/administering information systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or other ERPs.
• Familiarity with MongoDB is advantageous.
